Our Policies
Cancellations or changes of appointments must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance or a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged. No shows on appointments will be charged 50% of services missed. No shows on consultations will be charged a $25.00 fee. Gift certificates are subject to the same policy. A credit card may be necessary to hold your appointment.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out all the necessary patient forms. You can also visit our website at www.TheSkinClinicInc.com/patientforms.php to download the forms and fill them out prior to your appointment.
